Gift Certificates are valid for one flying season from the date of purchase. Certificates are fully transferable. Expired certificates are redeemable at the sole discretion of Dreams Come True. It is the passenger's responsibillity to make efforts to make flight arrangements.

Passengers may book a flight without a gift certificate with a minimum of a 50% deposit per passenger. We accept cash, money orders, local or approved checks or Visa / Mastercard.

Since safety is our primary concern, days when weather conditions are appropriate for ballooning are in limited quantity in northeastern Ohio. A flexible schedule on your part is a necessary part of this agreement. In case of inclement weather we will attempt to reschedule your flight as aften as necessary.

Please call us one day prior to your scheduled launch to check on your flight. Call us again after 2pm for afternoon flights, the day of your flight to make final arragements concerning time and location.

Our flights are booked on first come - first serve basis. If you are celebrating a special occasion we suggest you call us well in advance to reserve that date. You may want to aslo have alternate dates available just in case. Weekends, especially in the summer months, fill up quickly.

You are welcome to bring cameras on your flight. Dreams Come True is not responsible for any equipment brought onboard. Dress comfortably with sturdy footwear for weather conditions for the day. NO high heels or open toed shoes allowed. Hats are recommended for tall persons.
